Dry-aged beef patty with crispy bacon, red wine caramelized onions, and a three-cheese melted sauce (American, mozzarella, and French blue). Accompanied by a slow-cooked red berry sauce and topped with fresh berries. All inside a homemade black brioche bun, served with homemade potato wedges and the sauce of the day.

Middle East Fantasy

Ground beef sautéed with onion, peppers, and a spiced mix of cumin, ras al hanout, and cinnamon. Melted together with American cheese and mozzarella, served in a soft brioche bun with creamy lime mayo. The Middle East, the U.S., and hell come together in one bite.
